Ian graduated to his green belt in Karate tonight. He was so very proud! He was supposed to have gotten the green belt last graduation, but he wasn't putting forth alot of effort to get it. We decided to hold him back a belt to help him remember to focus and do his belt. He's improved a tremendous amount the last six weeks!! I think getting him on reflux meds is what helped the most. The poor kid was waking up 22 or more times a night with the reflux!!! Thank goodness for reflux meds!
