K-2 Family Circus Night

The school has a circus night for the K-2 grades. Ally was soo excited to go. Ian was soo worried that he would be in trouble for going since he was in 3rd grade. I'm not sure what that was about, but he'd said they had been told it was only for K-2. Well, he had to go with us...what else were we going to do with him?? It pretty much ruined the night for him, though. He finally saw some of his friends and lightened up a bit.

The first picture is Ally's class's display. Ally was trying to figure out which one was her's!

She sees ______. We couldn't make out what she was writing. She did the lion artwork as that is what she thought she should be if she were to be in the Circus.

We stood in line for a good 30 minutes to get her face painted! She was hoping it would stay on so she could wear it to school the next day, but it didn't. So, we snapped a picture just in case it did come off. She wanted to be able to show her friends her face painted!

There were lots of games to be played. After she got her face painted, her first stop was the number walk with her teacher. She really does like Mrs. Smith! She had a fun time and got lots of candy prizes for the games she played!
