Ally's class has been reading books by Eric Carle. The finished up their study of the author by reading Pancakes Pancakes! So, today was pancake day! I went to the class to help out. I ended up cooking the pancakes and then helping fix them for the kiddos. They had syrup, blueberry jam, whipped cream, and strawberries to add to them. Ally added all of it to her pancakes and she ate every bit of it. She said they were awesome!
